The CLS developed the quality mark to help people gain trust in a service provider.

You can be confident of receiving a professional high level of service and the assurance of knowing the service passes regular audits carried out by the CLS.

Only services who have been awarded the CLS Quality Mark can display the CLS logo on their literature. 

U.K. College of Family Mediators (UKCFM)

For a service to display the U.K. College logo, the service must adhere to their Code of Practice and complaints procedures.

The UKCFM sets and maintains the high standards for the profession.

Only members of the UKCFM can display the logo on their literature.

National Family Mediation (NFM)

National Family Mediation is a network of over 60 not for profit services in England & Wales offering family mediation to their communities.

Services affiliated to National Family Mediation must adhere to the established quality assurance standards. Only then can the service display the NFM logo.
